Ene Adole is a passionate Nigerian humanitarian, creative professional, and the visionary founder of Dije Cares Foundation (DCF). Born in the renowned Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Zaria, into the family of the late Engr. Ademu M. Adole, she is the youngest of six children—a role that shaped her nurturing spirit and enduring compassion.

A proud daughter of Ogbadibo Local Government Area in Benue State, Ene has always been closely connected to the realities of underprivileged communities, both in her home state and across Nigeria. Her early life experiences, growing up in Northern Nigeria amidst a blend of cultural diversity and socio-economic contrasts, sparked a deep empathy for the vulnerable—especially children and displaced families.

  • Bachelor’s Degree: B.A. in Theatre Arts – Ahmadu Bello University (A.B.U), Zaria

  • National Youth Service (NYSC): Ministry for Culture and Tourism, Zamfara State

  • Master’s Degree: M.A. in Theatre Arts – Benue State University, Makurdi

Ene’s career path spans the telecommunications, healthcare, media, education, and entrepreneurship sectors, reflecting her dynamic leadership and deep understanding of both business and people development:

  • Market Developer – Airtel Telecommunications Nigeria

  • Business Development Manager – Hygeia HMO

  • CEO Dije General Ventures – Sales of Hospital Equipments and Laboratory Reagents

  • Lecturer – Abdul Gusau Polytechnic, Talata Mafara, Zamfara State, where she taught Theatre Arts and Communication

  • Current Role: Head of Commercials – Agate Radio, Television, and Newspaper, where she oversees advertising strategy and commercial content across multimedia platforms

Her media expertise, public speaking background, and organizational acumen position her as a skilled communicator, program developer, and advocate for social change.

A Heart for Service

Driven by a lifelong passion for charity, writing, dancing, and adventure, Ene’s journey toward founding Dije Cares Foundation was deeply personal. From a young age, she was disturbed by the sight of children her age suffering from malnutrition, lack of access to education, and preventable illnesses.

Instead of ignoring the pain around her, she turned it into purpose. What began as a quiet burden in her heart became a clear vision—to restore hope to those pushed to the margins of society.

Legacy in Motion

Through DCF, Ene has led outreach programs to Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps, provided scholarships to out-of-school children, empowered unemployed youth with skills, and facilitated basic healthcare for families in underserved areas.

Her commitment remains unwavering: “To be a voice, a bridge, and a vessel of hope for the less privileged.”
